I am sure I am not alone in the world when I say that I HATE having my photo taken! Group shots are the worst… I always feel like I take the worst photo in the group. I have gotten a lot better over the last few months and it was when I was asking myself ‘what has changed?’ that it I realized I am in more photos now than I ever have been in the past.
So in order to banish this phobia completely I set myself a task: To take a selfie once a day and put it on Instagram.
Now I admit I didn’t keep to it very well, but I still learned something! I learned that the more comfortable I get taking photos of myself the less uncomfortable and stressful taking photos becomes.
With this in mind I am going to set myself the task of doing it each day for the next 4 weeks.
